review in Educational Technology

“…The Design Way is not another textbook based on another design model, nor is it another volume of conceptual principles promising a deterministic outcome as long as the principles are adapted in unspecified ways to meet the needs of unspecified situation. And it is not a book about instruction design in the narrow sense.

Even so, in my considered opinion, The Design Way: Intentional Change in an Unpredictable World, second edition, should appear on the reading list for every scholar in the field of educational technology with a serious interest in the study, practice, and teaching of instructional design.”
